Why Is An Agent Listed On My Listing
Why Is An Agent Listed On My Listing
Updated over a week ago

In order to get listed on the MLS, you need to be a licensed Broker/Agent and subscribe to the MLS. When you hire Listed Simply to list your property on the MLS, the MLS listing shows that the property is listed by Listed Simply and you will also see the name of the broker. This is the only way to get on the MLS.

Your contact information is listed directly in the MLS showing instructions so agents can call you directly. 3rd party websites like Zillow, Redfin and Realtor pull in the brokerage information to their site, click HERE to learn more. In this case, we offer a Free Call Forwarding service so buyers can contact you, the seller directly.

When a property is listed in the MLS as an "Entry Only Listing", it is identified as such so Buyer's Agents know that it is a limited service listing. That way Agents know the Agent that listed the property (Listing Agent) is only entering the property in the MLS and does not provide any other services to the Seller.

If you have selected Listed Simply's MLS + Paperwork or Transaction Management Services, then your listing type will be Exclusive Right To Sell meaning you are represented by an agent who will handle all your seller paperwork and provide errors and omissions on your transaction.
