The majority of Multiple Listing Services (MLS) strictly prohibit anyone other than the owner or an authorized representative with specific power of attorney from listing a property.

In many cases, Equitable Interest listings are already categorized as "Pending" if there is an accepted offer that has yet to be finalized. It is against our policy to list a property as "Active" if there is an existing accepted offer pending closure.
