You can cancel your listing at any time without any fees or penalties. You will be issued a refund only if you cancel before your listing is live on the MLS. It can take up to 48 hours for the listing to be deleted from other websites such as Zillow, Redfin, Realtor, etc.

To cancel, please login to your account by clicking here. Once in the properties tab, click the "actions" dropdown menu and choose "Cancel".

If you have an OFFER you will be accepting you don't need to cancel. You will need to change the status to pending in accordance with MLS rules and regulations. To change your status to PENDING, please login to your account by clicking here. Once in the properties tab, click the "actions" dropdown menu and choose "Change To Pending".
