As a For Sale By Owner (FSBO) seller, managing showings doesn’t have to be difficult. The MLS has an online scheduling tool called ShowingTime, which allows agents to schedule showings online. With ShowingTime, you’ll receive notifications by text and email when agents request to see your home. You can easily approve, decline, or reschedule showings straight from your phone.

How It Works:

• We set up a ShowingTime account for you automatically with your MLS listing.

• When an agent requests a showing, you’ll be notified by text and email.

• You can approve, decline, or reschedule the showing request.

• All agent contact details will be provided to you, and your contact details will be available to the agent.

• If requested, we can add lockbox access codes so agents can receive access details once a showing is approved.

Convenient and Included with Your Listing

ShowingTime is now included with all of our MLS listing plans—MLS Only, MLS Plus, and MLS + Paperwork. You no longer need to pay a separate fee to add this convenient online scheduling tool. By using ShowingTime, you’ll have more control over your showing schedule, and it’s easier for agents to connect with you.

If you haven’t received your ShowingTime setup details, please reach out to our support team. Rest assured, even without ShowingTime, your contact information will be listed in the “Showing Instructions” section of the MLS, so agents can still call, text, or email you directly to request showings.
