Once you submit a pending status update on our website, we will process that update within 24 hours, not including Sundays or Holidays. It takes up to 24 hours for your home to appear as “pending” on 3rd party sites such as Realtor.com, Zillow, Redfin and more.

Some third-party sites like Zillow will not change your status to pending, instead they will remove your listing or change the status to off-market.
