When listing your home For Sale By Owner, you are in charge of showing your home to prospective buyers. Your contact information will be listed in the showing instructions of the MLS so all calls will come directly to you. Buyer agents will call you directly to schedule a time to show your home to their buyers. However, we also provide an online tool called ShowingTime.

The MLS has an online scheduling tool called ShowingTime where agents can schedule a showing of your home online. When you sign up for ShowingTime, you will get notifications by text and email when agents schedule to see your home.
