Once you make an edit on Listed Simply's website, someone from our MLS Entry department will manually login to your local MLS to make the update.
All edits are completed within 24 hours, not including Sundays and Holidays.

Updates made on Listed Simply's website ARE NOT AUTOMATICALLY CHANGED ON THE MLS. Our staff must manually login to your local MLS to make the edit.
NOTE: Once an update is made on the MLS, it can take up to 24 hours to appear on 3rd party websites like Zillow and Redfin.
