This can be done before your listing goes live or after your listing is active in the MLS.
When updates are completed
Monday – Friday
Edits submitted Monday through Friday are typically completed within 1 business day.
Saturday
Updates submitted on Friday afternoon or Saturday are typically completed by the end of day Monday.
Need an update ASAP?
We offer a 1-hour listing update service for $10.
This option is available when updating your listing.

Listing description
Photos
Property details
Showing instructions
Contact information
Other listing information

How to make edits
To edit your listing:
Log in to your Listed Simply account.
Click the Edit My Listing button.
Select a category from the menu.
Make your changes.
Click Save Changes.
