Why is the Status of My Listing on Listed Simply’s Website Incorrect?

If you notice that the status of your listing on Listed Simply’s website is incorrect, here’s what you need to know:

Once you submit a status change online, it typically takes up to 24 hours for us to update the status on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service). After the status is updated on the MLS, it can take an additional 48 hours for the change to be reflected on your online listing.

If your listing’s status hasn’t updated within 48 hours, please text us at 1-800-995-5879 with your property address and mention that the online listing status is not correct. Our team will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
