If you represent yourself in a transaction, the MLS requires you to keep the listing up to date. This means letting us know when your property has officially closed.

No problem 😀 To change your status to “Sold” You’ll need to fill out the Closing Compliance Form found in your account by clicking here.

Once in your account, click the “actions” dropdown menu and choose “Change to Sold”.
