Purpose:

This article is designed for internal use, providing our AI chatbot with all the necessary “Call to Action” (CTA) links to assist customers efficiently. These CTAs can be sent to customers based on their specific needs, helping them resolve issues or take the next step in their home buying or selling process.

Available Call to Actions

1. Free Buyer Consultation

Purpose: A 15-minute call to answer any questions a current or potential buyer might have.

2. General Inquiry Call

Purpose: For customers who have general questions and would like to schedule a 15-minute call.

3. Upgrade to Transaction Management Service

Purpose: For customers using our basic MLS Only service who want to upgrade to our Transaction Management Service. This includes reviewing an offer with them as soon as possible.

4. CTA Link: Schedule Your Comps Review
Purpose: For customers who are using our MLS + Paperwork service, reviewing the comps to help determine or confirm the listing price is part of the service. This review usually takes an hour and is scheduled for the day after photos are recevied.

Usage:

When to Use: The AI chatbot should use these CTAs when a customer inquiry aligns with the purpose of each link. For example, if a customer needs to discuss an offer and is using the basic MLS Only service, the bot should provide the “Upgrade to Transaction Management Service” link.

How to Use: The chatbot can embed these links in its responses to guide customers directly to the appropriate action, streamlining their experience and resolving their issue more effectively.
