To list a property on the MLS, the listing must be entered by a licensed broker or agent who subscribes to that MLS.
When you hire Listed Simply to place your property on the MLS, the MLS will show Listed Simply as the listing brokerage. You may also see the broker’s name displayed.
This is normal and how listings are entered into the MLS.
Your contact information is listed directly in the MLS showing instructions so agents can call you directly. Third-party websites such as Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, and other real estate websites pull listing data from the MLS.
Because the MLS listing is entered through Listed Simply, those websites may display:
Listed Simply
The listing broker
The listing agent
Brokerage contact information
Since our company 800 number appears on 3rd party sites, we offer a Free Call Forwarding service so buyers can contact you, the seller directly.
When a property is listed in the MLS as an "Entry Only Listing", it is identified as such so Buyer's Agents know that it is a limited service listing. That way Agents know the Agent that listed the property (Listing Agent) is only entering the property in the MLS and does not provide any other services to the Seller.
If you have selected Listed Simply's MLS + Paperwork or Transaction Management Services, then your listing type will be Exclusive Right To Sell meaning you are represented by an agent who will handle all your seller paperwork and provide errors and omissions on your transaction.
