MLS Only Listing Agreement

Review or Sign Your Listing Agreement

Before we can activate your MLS listing, all property owners must complete the Listed Simply MLS Listing Agreement.

You can use the link below to review the agreement before signing up or to complete your agreement after you’ve placed your order.

What the agreement covers

The agreement authorizes Listed Simply to enter your property into the applicable MLS and outlines the terms of our MLS Only service, including the responsibilities of Listed Simply and the seller.

MLS Only is a limited-service listing option. You remain in control of your sale, including showings, offers, negotiations, contracts, and the transaction process unless you separately choose to add seller-side representation through our FSBO Protection service.

Already signed? You do not need to complete the agreement again unless our team has asked you to do so.

Ready to review or sign?

If you’re reviewing the agreement before purchasing, viewing it does not obligate you to sign up with Listed Simply.
