Transaction Cancelled

Cancelled Transaction, failed escrow, cancelled escrow

Updated over a week ago

In the event that your transaction fails to close and the escrow is terminated, we have the ability to reactivate your home's listing on the MLS. To achieve this, we require a "Cancellation of Contract" from the buyer's side. If you are under the representation of Listed Simply, no further action is necessary on your part. However, there will be a fee of $25 to change your status back to active.

If you are representing yourself, you can request to put your property back on the market here.
