Once you have signed your MLS Only agreement, it takes 24-48 hours to get your property listed on the MLS.  We DO NOT make listings live on Sundays. This means that listings submitted on Friday may not be listed until Monday. If you need your listing live the same day, we do offer a SAME DAY LISTING service for an extra $39. You can select the same day service option at checkout.

We will send you a text notification once we start to process your listing and another when your listing goes live. You can view your listing on our website, once it is live.

Here's how to view your listing:

While logged in, navigate to the "properties tab" and then click on the link that has your address

Once you click on the link, you are able to view your entire listing! Don't forget to use your public link to share your listing with your friends on Facebook, email, Twitter, etc.
