With all of our MLS only services, you must sign an MLS only listing agreement.  This agreement states that you are a for sale by owner seller and we are listing your home on the MLS as an "open listing".  

We do not represent you or have exclusive rights to sell your home. Your listing will be valid for 6 months and you are able to cancel anytime, without any fees or penalties. 😃
