If you’re wondering whether we can list your property even though your area is serviced by a small or regional MLS we don’t cover — the answer is yes, in most cases we can!
Here’s How It Works
Some areas in the U.S. are covered by both:
A small, regional MLS (e.g., Kings County MLS), and
A larger, nearby MLS (e.g., California Regional MLS — the largest MLS in the state)
We may not support certain smaller MLS systems, but we can still list your property on a nearby, widely-used MLS that covers your zip code.
✅ No extra cost. No downgrade in service.
You’ll still get full exposure and access to all our standard features.
What Happens If You Sign Up for an Area We Don’t Directly Support?
Sometimes sellers sign up without checking if we cover their local MLS. If this happens, don’t worry — we’ll reach out with a message like this:
Hi, there are multiple MLS options in your area—Kings County MLS (a smaller regional MLS) and California Regional MLS (the largest in the state). We don’t service Kings County MLS, but we can list your home on California Regional MLS, which will still syndicate to over 100 real estate sites. Would you like to move forward with this option?
You can decide whether to move forward with the nearby MLS or request a refund if the coverage doesn’t work for you.
Will My Listing Still Show Up on Major Websites?
Yes. Even if we list your property on a nearby MLS, your listing will still syndicate to major real estate websites like:
Zillow
Realtor.com
Redfin
Trulia
And 100+ others
These sites don’t require your home to be in a specific local MLS — just an active MLS listing in your area.
Still Not Sure If Your Area Is Covered?
Before signing up, we recommend checking our coverage map or contacting our team. We’re happy to confirm whether your zip code falls under one of the major MLS systems we support.
