Can I put my home on Hold?

Updated over a week ago

Yes, you can put your home on hold for up to 30 days (depending on the county) at a time. Click HERE to submit a hold request.

A temporary hold takes your home off the market but does not reset the days on the market. There are two different "Days on Market" calculations on the MLS. The first one is Days on MLS and the second is Total Days on MLS.

For example, if your home has been listed on the MLS for 10 days and you decide to put a temporary hold on your home for 30 days, your home will be displayed as 10 days on the "Days on MLS" which is what most people look at AND 40 "Total Days on MLS". πŸ˜ƒ
